Hey all today I am penning my experience of ragi roti I had in bangalore only hope you all will like this and no doubt try this.
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - as per taste
Desi ghee - for frying
Onion - 1 finely chopped
green chilly - 1 finely chopped
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder, garam masala - a pinch.
Knit dough( Before knitting as dough roast ragi flour lighty for about 5-8 min on low flame ) by mixing all ingredients except ghee, now take a ball sized dough roll it and fry like parantha.
I served this with brinjal curry and tomato raita.
