Sooji Halwa

Sooji Halwa


Sooji-1 cup
Desi Ghee- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 3 cups
Dry fruits

Heat ghee in a pan then add sooji fry till it becomes golden brown then add sugar and water cook for 5 minutes or until it turns thick.

Your halwa is ready so simple naaa...:)

Garnish with dry fruits :)
