How TO MAKE ALOO TIKKI
Ingredients
1/2 kg(6
medium potatoes)- Boiled
1/2 cup boiled or frozen peas
1 tbsp oil,1tbsp salt
1 and half tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2tbsp red chilli powder

Corn Flour
2 tsp
Crushed roasted peanuts
1tbsp chaat masala
¼ tbsp garam masala

Method
Peel and mash potatoes
add salt,jeera,chopped
green chillies,Crushed roasted peanuts, ginger,coriander,red chilli powder,chaat masala,corn flour and
garam masala.
Boil green peas,Mash add
salt and red chilly powder as per taste.
Make tikkis of aloo mixture filling peas mixture.Brush tawa with some oil.Arrange tikkis on it.Brush the tikkis with oil.Turn side and fry till they becomes golden brown.

Now serve as you want.
I used tamarind chutney,
coriander chutney, chaat masala, salt, vegetables,black salt,white boiled &
mashed peas, curd (add some sugar for yummy taste J )
